Classes continue on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9;30 - 10:45 at The Clearing Studio. NO CLASS ; Tuedays 8/1 and 9/8. Cost is $10 donation and requires you to lmk ahead if you are coming as space limited. Props are available. Our Sangha is tailored for those who have yoga experience, pranayama, asana, mudras, are practiced.
