MONDAYS: MENS YOGA  (assisted by Dana B Yoga Cert. ret RN)

One Hour starting at 4:40, for All Levels of experience.

TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS : Depth Practice w me: poses, breathwork, mudras, moving meditation

9:30 - 10:45, some experience suggested.

SATURDAY : Monthly Vinyasa,  JUNE 8, 10:00 - 11:00  One Hour of Kripalu Flow w me.
